ADAMS

John J., “Johnny,” 93, formerly of Norwood, passed peacefully on March 2, 2026 at Carmel Terrace, Framingham.

John was the loving husband of the late Barbara Adams and devoted father to the late “Jack” Adams of Norwood, and daughter Beverly Kozolosky and her husband Walter Kozlosky of Lynn. He is also survived by his brother Kenneth Adams and wife Susan of West Roxbury, and his brother, the late Francis Adams of New York.

He will be missed by countless cousins, nephews and nieces, including Stephanie Ghelli, her husband Kevin, and great nephews Thomas and Jacob Ghelli of Framingham.

“Johnny” was the devoted and loving son of the late Helen J. Adams and John J. E. Adams of Roslindale.

He served in the US Navy as a radioman and was a member of the American Legion.

“Johnny” loved simple times with family and friends, traveling near and far, and casinos.

Funeral from the William J. Gormley Funeral Home, 2055 Centre St., West Roxbury, on Saturday, March 14th at 10:00 a.m. Followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Theresa of Avila Church, 2078 Centre St, West Roxbury, at 11:00 a.m. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.

Interment Private.

Visiting Hours Friday, March 13th from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Funeral Home.
