Nomination Papers are available for pick up in the Town Clerk’s Office. Nomination Papers are due back to Town Clerk’s office on or before: Tuesday, February 17, 2026 – 5:00 PM. Incumbent Town Meeting Members – letters have been mailed out. Return Form attached with the letter. Town Meeting Forms for Incumbent Town Meeting Members are due on or before: Tuesday, February 17, 2026 – 5:00 PM.

VOTER REGISTRATION DEADLINE

Deadline to Register to vote for Annual Town Election: Friday, March 27, 2026 – 5:00 PM. This is the last day to register to vote for the Annual Town Election. Daily registration of voters will be taken at the Town Clerk's office:

Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

ABSENTEE/VOTE BY MAIL INFORMATION

Applications for Absentee Voting or Vote By Mail are on the Town of Norwood website under the Town Clerk’s Section. Applications must be received in order to have a ballot mailed.

Taps Across America at Old Parish Cemetery

This Memorial Day, May 25, at 3:00 p.m., Taps will sound at Old Parish Cemetery to honor the more than 50 veterans interred there, including 29 men who served in the American Revolution. Norwood launching Community Health Assessment

Norwood Health Director, Stacey Lane, announces that the Norwood Health Department and Norfolk County 8 Public Health Coalition (NC-8) has recently launched a Community Health Assessment (CHA) of the current and emerging health needs across Norwood and neighboring communities. The CHA is a collaborative effort among the towns of Canton, Dedham, Norwood, Walpole, and Westwood.
