Say NO to Injustice
I had mental health challenges. I was hospitalized in a "Geri Psych Ward." I loved my friends on the ward. They were friendly, relaxed and easy to talk to.
The staff was great and supportive. The food was outstanding. Therapy groups were helpful. I had access to an electric keyboard – it was fun. "BUT" when Putin insanely attacked Ukraine, my anger skyrocketed. I expressed my anger at injustice by using strong Navajo language.
My grandfather was a kind, gentle, man of peace. My mother called him a "Saint on earth." "BUT" if he saw injustice, he expressed himself with justifiable anger. Mother and I express our anger at injustice, by using the power of the pen. I recommend writing to causes that need to be addressed for justice, like Norwood Hospital!
